A representative reached out to me via email and said my skill-set aligned with their position openings. I sent my resume and had three phone interviews, one with the employee who originally contacted me, one with a VP, and a more technical one with another employee.
I received a contingent offer of employment shortly thereafter.
When I was back in Northern Virginia, they took me to lunch for a chance to meet them in person and further discuss the rest of the hiring process.
Overall, all of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. I got the sense that the company atmosphere was fairly casual and the offered salary and benefits were above standard for the industry.
