The interview process consisted of six rounds: 1. Initial HR Discussion, 2. Reporting Manager Interview, 3. Assignment & Review, 4. SVP Interview, 5. Co-founder Interview, and 6. Final HR Discussion.
The process was time-consuming, especially as the last three rounds took place face-to-face at their Bengaluru office, requiring two visits. However, the discussions and questions were fairly basic and easy to navigate.
Throughout the entire process, until the Final HR Discussion, I was not asked about my current compensation or expectations. In the end, I was offered the role with a minimal salary increase, which I understand was due to budget constraints. However, I would have appreciated earlier communication regarding this, as it would have saved both time and effort for all parties involved.
