It's an involved, interactive, and creative process involving emails, game-like tests, and a few rounds of interviews. By the time you're through, you'll know if it's a good fit. Great experience if you have the time to spare.
The company prides themselves on being "different" and their interview process reflects that. I had an initial recruiter screening call, then an extended week of tasks that were ostensibly to demonstrate their organizational values. After that, an interview with the CEO and then a panel interview.
