I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was a bit longer than I expected, but not too long. I had to provide the days and times I would be available for a telephone interview. After the telephone interview by several people, I was eventually invited to have an in-person interview. Overall the in-person interview was a pleasure. The recruiter that worked with me, lead me through the entire process. I met with several panels of people assessing my technical and non-technical abilities. Throughout all of the room changes, the recruiter was there to ease my transition to the next interviews. Continually offered me refreshments and took me on a tour of the campus. I was very pleased with all of the people that I met, from the receptionist and recruiter, to all of the people that are on my team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The technical part of the interview was not overly difficult, and along the lines of figuring out how a candidate will solve problems.

Question 1
The technical questions are not specifically difficult for someone that can solve problems on their feet.

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Oct 2024
Interview
Four interviews. Two technical, one behavioral and one leadership. One of the best interview processes I've experienced. Upon request for feedback, the recruiter offered me a callback, which was extremely helpful in absorbing, for once, the empirical reasons for rejection.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Jun 2024
Interview
I was supposed to have two interviews.
Firstly, they tried setting me up for an interview they already had someone in mind for, but didn't know if he was willing to move from Houston.
They cancelled when he accepted, but rescheduled when I pointed out a new position was listed to the recruiter. Nailed that interview but then they notified me that position was being closed. Tried to interview for a third position with the same requirements, and the recruiter just ghosted me when I asked.
Seems like they're completely disorganized and frankly I feel like I dodged a bullet
