applied online, then was emailed by a recruiter for a phone screening, after that I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, then invited for a half day of interviewing on site. After the on site interview with 4 of the team members, I was invited back for an interview with the EVP. I was really happy with the interview process, and it went really smoothly. Communication was open during the entire process so I wasn't left worrying and waiting.
