Applied online and heard back the same week. The entire process was about a month. 1st round phone screen with recruiter. 2nd round over zoom with a Team Lead. 3rd round over zoom: three 30 minute conversations (back to back to back) with leaders in different but related teams. Every conversation was really good and insightful. In my very last interview I learned the second person I interviewed with was the team lead of the position I was was interviewing for. Looking back it was kind of confusing and I would of prepared differently if I knew that information. Ultimately, no offer. Later I learned my biggest weakness was that I did not have enough experience with the product. I had zero experience with the product but I kept progressing through each interview round. Again every conversation was great, but in hindsight, the whole process was confusing between each interview round and felt like a waste of time.

I was recommended to apply to this position from via employee referral. After a week I received the generic "sorry, but you're not good enough" email. Would've been interested to know more about why given it was a senior vp that recommended that I apply.
