Prodcon Tech Services interview questions

I had a concerning experience with the recruitment process for Hexaware through Prodcon. After collecting sensitive documents like my salary slips upfront, there was a two-week delay before an AI-based L1 interview was scheduled. Due to the lengthy and unorthodox process, my interest waned, and I did not perform my best during the first round. Despite this, the recruiting team contacted me persistently. When I chose not to engage further, I received a highly unprofessional email threatening to 'block my profile.' This approach felt coercive and unprofessional.
