Interview
There was an initial conversation with Product League management. Secondly, a first interview with the direct manager took place. When those were succesful, then a business case is given out and should be presented. After that stage, only the final conversations remain regarding start date and salary.

Writing and presenting the business case was the most important aspect of the application process. It provides a business use case for a product owner, allowing a showcase for all Product Owner skills.
