Online then met with a senior manager for an interview. It became increasingly clear, dealing with him, and upon a deeper dive into the
Company, that this was a non-diverse, old-school, finance/engineering workplace, that would not value diversity, nor would they understand novel perspectives, despite all the startup hype. Culturally, it was not a fit due to this fact.
I applied online. I interviewed at Productify (Sydney)
Interview
The interview is semi-formal. There are standard questions in the interview but at the same time, they will make you feel comfortable and get to know you more, and see if there will be a "connection" between you and the company.
