Recruiter reached out via indeed. Initial 30 minutes video interview with recruiter, then scheduled for an video interview with the MD in charge. Pleasant but long discussion about the practice and organization. No follow up phone call or email after over three weeks. I emailed, still no response. It would be nice to at least let candidates know they are no longer considered.
