Interview
The interview process was one of the smoothest processes I have endured in my 20 year career. HR Lisa contacted me and gave me all to gauge my interest and schedule a Preliminary Interview. During the preliminary interview she explained the position and duties. Then she explained the next steps and scheduled the next interview. The 2nd interview went really well, with the management team. Once I cleared that, I was scheduled to meet with the president. All of my interviews lasted between 30-45 minutes and there was a clear itinerary on what was to be discussed. Lissa even provided a little background on each interviewer. and what they would be looking for. The whole process took approximately 10 days, and I had a written offer. Throughout the process, I was contacted by HR and given updates on where I was in the process.

Interview
I first had a call with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, then the Chief of Staff and then with a Manager. The team kept me well informed throughout the process and I felt very comfortable during each step of the way.

Interview
I had the traditional HR screening. I then met with 2 managers and then the CEO. Each interview was outstanding. Each showed up on time. They made the interview feel more like conversations instead of jump asking a list of questions. I was given time to ask my questions and they did a great job of answering them and getting me excited about the company and position.
