Fairly Informal, too unstructured from my perspective. The interviewer asked no questions about my background, and made little attempt from my perspective to connect my experience to the job requirements. It felt like the burden was on me to connect the dots. That could be okay, it might also signify that the initial interviewer lacked the skills to delve deeper into the evaluation.
