I interviewed in May 2026, and the overall process was fairly straightforward. The first round was a phone discussion with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Both interactions were pleasant and professional. However, the technical round was less positive. I was not given clear instructions on whether the use of AI tools was permitted, which resulted in me spending additional time during the assessment. Despite eventually completing the task, I was rejected for the same reason. I felt that the interview panel was not particularly enthusiastic about moving forward with my application. That said, I appreciate the recruiter for providing timely feedback throughout the process and keeping me informed at each stage.
