I started with a staffing agency as I was new to the area. There were two phone interviews and I was offered the position. The questions seemed normal for the position. After I had been on the job for six months my manager recommended me and I was asked to come on as a full time employee

They asked normal questions about my background and experience. It was around Christmas time when I was first contacts, so the length of time seemed normal with the holidays.
