Explain your experience with sheet-metal design. • How do you account for bend allowance and K-factor? • Describe steps to improve manufacturability and reduce waste. • How do you handle tolerance issues in assemblies?

Received a response to application quickly. Then asked to take ridiculous assessment tests, which have nothing to do with the job. Supposed to see if you would be a "fit." Recognizing patterns, shapes, unscrambling letters. Two hours of my time wasted, and received no response afterwards.
