Two tests must be completed by the interviewee. One is a test of overall competency, and another is a personality test. Both of these tests are completed by anyone who is interviewed, regardless of position. The interview occurred with an HR representative and the manager of the R&D Department. A second interview, at a later date, occurred with the lead developer.
