Provance Technologies interview questions

The interview was quite informal and Roger was very honest about the company and its needs. He indicated that he would come back to me by the end of the week, or the next week at the very latest, but there was never any follow up from his end. I believe that they are quite small, and do not have systems for notifying interviewees that they have moved on in the process. This left quite a sour taste in my mouth. Interviewees should be aware of this.
