Quick turn from application to interview. Extremely nice managers involved in interview process. Really loved the people; seems like a great place to work. Definitely wasn't a quiz-type interview. It was more like a "fit" interview with a lot of discussion around what's needed / involved vs. direct solicitation of answers. Every single interviewer was lovely; rating difficult only because in some ways, general discussion is harder than direct questions (general chatting vs. "what's your experience with xyz" type questions). Still in process

Question 1
That's the point I'm making. They didn't have a barrage of questions. It was more like, we do a lot of xyz, and it was up to you to say, oh, yes, I've done xyz and accomplished abc.
The interview process was professional and very quick throughout. It did not take long to be selected, get the interview scheduled, nor receive a response. This is a good departure from most other businesses.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Provident Bank (Woodbridge, NJ) in Apr 2025
Interview
Very easy and straightforward process! Screening call with HR to behavioral interview with possible manager. Average behavioral questions that vary from interview to interview depending on the area of interest for your internship you applied for.
