1 interview with HR then then 2 interviews with director. There was also a personality test. Realised most of office are young interns and no official job letter. Seems suspicious
we has to do an individual assessment which was like case study and presentation to one assessor then do a group discussin and presentation mostly on what the insurance industry face and what solutions, then have a panel interview which was a short one with two assessors

COMPRISED TWO case studies and one panel interview. the selection process was quite comprehensive and rigorous. will have to crack your brain juice as well as be very effective in time management to complete the task
