Had a phone interview with the recruiter. He was nice but standoffish. Asked about my previous work experience then proceeded to ask “so you don’t have any HR experience?” Got myself thinking you’re the recruiter who review resumes and my resume lists nothing of that sort. I want to start a career in HR but if you’re looking for someone with better qualifications then why waste my time?
