The first interview was a 15-20 minute over the phone interview with hiring manager. He asked basic behavior and technical questions associated with role. Took them about a little over a week to reply back with the results of the phone interview.
Remote and they seemed to like their jobs. Didnt go into too much detail though which would have helped sell how much they liked their jobs. There was an initial interview that asked about my experience, then there was another interview that felt more like it was a gauge of my personality and how I communicate rather than tech related things.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Puget Sound Energy

My resume was forwarded by someone who was then working at PSE to a hiring manager. That person then told me to apply online. I did. I was called for an onsite interview. Lasted about 1 hour. A healthy mix of technical and personality type questions.
