Very quick and casual, second meeting was with the young ceo, who didn’t seem too concerned with my background or skills or how I could provide contribution. I ended up giving it a try for a few months

Question 1
If I have dealt with difficult clients with high expectations
10 mins interview in total and I can start working immediately. The manager asked basic experience questions. That was a friendly interview. Easy to hunt. Didn't mention too much about specific clients, payment, career process, and other details.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PxP Media (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Strangest interview ever. There was no one to greet me when I arrived. The space is so old/tiny that there's no lobby and I was sitting out in the small commons waiting for someone to notice. A girl who had nothing to do with the process asked to look at my resume. And when I finally met with the CEO (I'm assuming, I never received a proper intro), I felt a super weird vibe and that I was being sold to the entire time. There was also a lot of name dropping going on. I didn't properly research this company before coming in, but it really has a vibe of not being legit.

Question 1
Asked about my background. Asked what I was passionate about, and then when I answered with work-specific answers, pressed me to share any personal passions because the interviewer "really likes to get to know his employees." Asked about influencer strategy.
