Very kind team, a thorough process that seemed similar to consultant recruitment for a marketing role. Involved initial online testing before in-person interview with a ‘case’ in their Sydney office.

Interview
Several stages includes pre-screening, aptitude testing and panel interviews. Case presentation required after 30 minutes of preparation. Third stage of interviews was in-person with presentation of company values, the team was friendly in a relatively small office environment.
