Deeply disappointing experience — a cautionary tale
I went through two separate hiring processes with QC+ over the course of nearly a year—for senior roles I was clearly qualified for. The first involved multiple rounds, including three in-person interviews and a case study project, followed by complete silence for over two months. Only after persistent follow-ups did I receive a vague rejection, with feedback that made no sense given the role I was considered for.
Months later, I was approached again for a second role. This time, I completed a detailed case study and a one-hour recorded interview—only to receive yet another generic rejection after three months, again following several unanswered emails.
This was not a hiring process—it was a test of endurance. QC+ shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time, effort, and professionalism. I share this so others don’t go through the same disheartening, disrespectful experience. You deserve better.
