Interview
This is 100% a scam. To anyone looking to interview here: DON'T. I walked into an unfinished office space for a scheduled interview that took place 30 minutes late. The waiting room was truly bizarre: it was full of people and they blasted top 40s hits. When I was finally interviewed, I realized I was interviewing for a completely different role than they had advertised. The interview was so rushed and lasted about 5 minutes -- the interviewer spoke so quickly that I barely understood him. He said that there was a "training period" and that after that, I'd be a "brand manager" (no mention of benefits, salary, or hours, though he did mention that they planned to have a pool table in the basement). He also drew a very weird doodle/diagram for me. The strangest part of the mess that was my interview was when he said, "We work with clients and you may have to stroke their..." To which I responded: "Egos?" He then said, "Yeah. Sure." The entire thing was an absolute disaster. Trust me, do not even bother with an interview. I was asked back for a second interview via email, which was FULL of grammatical errors (quote: "However with yourself I was really impressed by you"). Needless to say I declined the second interview. I don't know what kind of "business" they are running but it is definitely not legitimate. Do not interview or take a job here. They really should be ashamed of themselves for conning people. If you don't believe me, take a look at their website. If I wasn't so annoyed that they wasted my time, I'd think it was hilarious.

Interview
There was initially a meet and greet for some of the employees of QQ to get a chance to meet potential candidates. They called back people that evening for a second interview the following day. This entailed a coffee meeting with questions about experience and what QQ is all about. It was overall a very easy interview process however, towards the end is when they told me the hours I would be working and the pay. The workers seem very enthusiastic about QQ and what they have to offer but the hours and pay were extremely low along with falsely advertised on Linked In because everyone starts as an account executive instead of what they applied for on Linkedin.

Interview
The company basically catfishes you with a job. It was a total bait and switch. This was not a marketing job, it was a door to door sales job. They tell you that their building is "under construction" so they are in this temp shared office space with three other companies. The room was packed with other people, like myself, who got mislead into the situation. They then took you a couple streets over with one of their 'corporate trainers' to go get a cup of coffee. It is you and another candidate and you are basically competing in front of each other to get the job. The trainer then goes on to explain that the hours are Monday-Saturday 8-8 and that the job is straight commission. It was literally a joke of an interview and the company is a scam. Also, the interviewer had her entire bra hanging out of her small tank top, which as a woman, I think is so unprofessional and unacceptable.
