For junior level - one round of interview
For mid level employees and to senior level-
At least two rounds of interviews need to be conducted
For all technical roles, written assignment is required
You may use the sample questions given here. The questions which you ask should cover 3 aspects 1. Skill fit 2. Value fit and 3. Interest in the role
At every stage you will have to evaluate the candidate using the standard evaluation form and each of the interviewer need to score it separately

Describe your current role and alignment with role for that your giving interview
The video call interview was good and systematic. It was fairly easy. They asked me to do a three-day long assignment. I received a reply after 3 weeks that I was not selected and was not given any feedback. If a candidate puts in 3 days of effort, at least HR or the company can do is provide feedback even if they do not select the candidate.
