I was interviewed for the role of Management Support and Office Coordinator at the end of September 2019. The process took just over two weeks from me submitting my job application for this position.
The interview process was extremely smooth and was in three stages, the first stage was a telephone interview with the Executive Assistant of Qadre, this person’s techniques when interviewing me was of a very high professional standard, putting me at ease immediately and fully explaining what the role I had applied for involved. During my telephone interview, my CV was fully discussed along with my skill set, this also included what I could bring to Qadre. All questions I asked were fully answered, these included the work of the Company and its culture. During this interview, I knew that this was the right company for me to work for as I could feel the energy, positivity, and culture that Qadre could offer me. I was delighted when I was offered a 2nd interview later that day.
The 2nd interview took place a week later this was with the Executive Assistant and Projects Manager, again I was put immediately at ease. This interview lasted just over an hour and went into detail with me explaining the strengths and abilities that I had and could offer. All questions I asked which were relevant to this position was answered in full and it gave me a clear picture of the work I would be involved in if I was successful. I was offered a 3rd interview later that day and this was to meet the CEO of the company.
The 3rd Interview took place four days later and the CEO made me feel extremely welcome and again put me at ease immediately. The interview lasted one hour, and the CEO gave me great insight into the Company and its culture. My strengths and abilities were discussed in length and how these could be utilised within the role I had applied for.
After the interview had been completed, I was delighted to be offered the job.
The onboarding process was exceptionally smooth, and I had access to everything I needed to fulfil my role.
