I applied online on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by the talent acquisition team the very next day. The first screening interview was scheduled on Thursday, followed by a technical interview the following Monday. Everything was conducted online and the coordination was very smooth. After about two weeks of silence, I followed up via email and was informed I wasn’t selected. While the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, the process overall was professional, timely, and respectful. The interviewers were courteous and the communication clear. A better feedback mechanism post-interview would’ve made it a 5-star experience, but I still appreciate the efficient handling of the process.
