Interview
There was a simple phone interview with basic communication systems questions.
That was followed by an 4-5 hours on-site interview .
The questions were not very challenging, and the interviewers were nice and helpful

1) Why do you want to switch to Qualcomm?
2) A couple of DSP related questions
3) A couple of bit manipulation question
4) One algorithm question (merge sort pseudo-code)
It was ill informed irrelevant questions there were many people interviewing, not well organized I should have checked glassdoor before. Overall it was not an experience that I enjoyed very much

Got a call for phoen interview. Gave the tech answers right, but looks like they were looking for some specific experience. Pretty unprofessional experience, with no HR involved at all and direct contact with engineer.
