Two rounds of phone interview followed by on-site interview. Phone interviews went well and invited for on-site interview. Then 6 rounds of 1:1 interview with different levels of people in the same team. Most of the questions were from my resume. None of the interviewers were intimidating. Eventhough the focus was supposed to be on DSP, the interviewers asked lot of questions on programming.I did well in all the interviews. Still I did not get offer. The reason they gave shocking than anything else. I seriously doubt their hiring process and one of the interviewers doesn't seems to know anything in DSP.
