Applied through a recruiter, and was offered 1st round interview 2 weeks after applying. The interview was a week later and consisted of a walkthrough of CV and experience with some technical questions thrown in. Was told that they were looking for a range of experience and skills as they are looking to fill a number of roles and that my CV would be passed to the main hiring team for the next round. A week after my interview I followed up with the recruiter to be told that they have other candidates at a later stage and plan to go with them. Communication from Qualcomm was very slow and required a lot of following up on my side. The mention of a 2nd round to then not hear anything was disappointing.

I applied online. The first round is an online technical assessment on computer science & machine learning basics. Once passed, there is another technical interview via Zoom, with a focus on deep learning & coding. To be fair it wasn't particularly difficult, but I wasn't well prepared and there's a little bit of language barrier (korean & english), so I didn't get an offer in the end.
