Two video interviews. After the last one was called saying the manager had decided that an offer would be extended. Got another call 3 days after telling me they had changed their mind over another candidate. Do not make decisions before interviewing all your candidates, candidates are not back up plans.

La entrevista fue muy rápida, el proceso fue rápido y me entendí muy bien con los entrevistadores. Fueron educados y me pareció un buen lugar para trabajar. El onboarding fue muy claro

Preguntaron de mi experiencia, mi educación y mis metas a futuro lo cuál me pareció muy adecuado. Me entrevistaron en inglés lo cual me gustó por que el trabajo es en inglés.
Straight forward, HR interview to two interviews with mostly fit questions. No preparation needed, as long as you are fitted for the position there should be no problem. Easy overall

All interviers introduced them self. Very friendly people at all times. Some very tricky questions but it is very interesting And I could notice also that the people is well qualified. Good interviews in general.
