Didn’t get an interview- just the behavioural and cognitive tests and a no. The report that came out from the Behavioral test was unrecognisable and it is surprising I have managed my career for so many years!
In HR I have used reports like these to support a process, but not to rule out people before you have even seen them. Unsurprising they have been advertising for the same roles on their website for several weeks.
I will stick with companies who put value in meeting people and talking through their experience, rather than a computer says no approach.
