Quality Compliance Systems interview questions

3 Stage interview process: 1) Chemistry Call with hiring manager (25 mins), getting to know you style, light and friendly 2) Psychometric Testing, matching your style with the role (easy) 3) Deep dive competency and psychological style interview with hiring manager and HR. Very friendly style but was quite intense. Came out confused, not sure what they were looking for.

Fast moving. They asked good questions. I spoke to a talent partner first, followed by an interview with head of software and a product manager. Asked questions about day to day tasks and some personality questions
