Quality Response Medical Staffing interview questions

Honestly this agency does not care about you as a person and the red flags are all there from the start with how quickly they want you to start. Interviewer was obviously irritated that I was not available right away for them.

This company is so desperate to fill contracts that’s they will try to make someone work even if it ends up screwing that person. I was 5 days out from heading to orientation in San Antonio and than to work the border and hadn’t received a hotel reservation. I called and they asked me if I was bilingual. They said that a women had been sent home over after orientation and going to work at the border and was with out a job bc she wasn’t bilingual. I told them no and I had told them this from this beginning. On the application and multiple times over the phone. I had already given my notice at my jobs and had bought hundreds of dollars to prepare for this job. They said they would call me back, but instead sent me an email that I would qualify for this job. I emailed multiple times that I was now without a job and what I am suppose to do because I was honest and transparent. I called and left a voicemail and I have not HEARD A SINGLE WORD BACK FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR LIVELY HOOD. They are not a caring and family oriented company as they portray.
