I applied online. Got a screening call. Screening went good and I moved to next round for Zoom interview. The interview went well but the main interviewer who was supposed to be the host didn’t join on time, then she turned off her cam and on the top of it didn’t even ask a single question. She seemed least bothered and lost. Though other senior resource was super nice. He conducted interview in a professional and friendly way. My 2 cents here: Job market is very bad. Don’t waste other candidates time if you don’t want to participate in the interview process and already have someone in mind.
