1. Called me on phone asked basic questions and then set up video interview 2. Asked behavior questions and about my experience, stated they loved what I was saying and were impressed. 3. Didn't get back to me until weeks later with a rejection letter Overall the interviewers were nice, but I don't understand why you would say you loved what I was saying if you really didn't. Seems like a decent company to work for though
