I applied in-person. I interviewed at Queensmith (London, England)
Interview
We had a conversation about my previous job, my works, and what I am looking for in the future and so on. Then I was shown the work environment. And got booked for the next stage (a bench test)
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Queensmith (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
I applied through a recruitment agency. After applying and submitting my CV I had a telephone call with the recruiter, followed by a video meeting with them. This then progressed to contact with the business which included a video meeting, psychometric testing, face to face round one and face to face round two.

Question 1
Competency based questions about the role I was applying for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Queensmith (London, England)
Interview
There were two interviewers (typical good cop/bad cop dynamic). The interview itself was ok and somewhat uninspiring with one of the interviewers going through my cv line by line in a degrading manner as oppose to interpreting my skills and asking more dynamic questions related to my abilities. The role itself was advertised with room for training and when the opportunity came in the interview to list my skills and background- all of which i am proud of and still developing- i was met with 'yes we get people who come here thinking they know everything.' A rude comment which i turned into a joke at the time but rude nonetheless. Certainly the manner of one of the interviewers could afford to be little less sassy.

Question 1
As above, interviewer mostly reverted to questioning my cv line per line.
