Interview
Technical review based on past work experiences. The panels are nice based on my first impression. There was a portion where they repeatedly asked for my experience and some were try to relate it with the job requirements.
Firstly, it will be a written test then the shortlisted candidates will be forwarded to a technical interview round followed by a HR interview round and at last they will provide the offer letter.
First round -
written test (SFD & BMD diagram, Angle of projection, welding symbols, Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing )
Technical interview
Second round - Tool test
Third round - HR interview
