The CEO and some Senior Engineer joined the call. They presented me with a Sidekiq worker and asked me to make a code review and then I was asked a question about sidekiq.

I had an interview with the founder. He's a very rude person with a high ego and no empathy. I answered his questions politely, and then, suddenly, he changed his tone to dismiss me with offensive comments. Reading other reviews recomforts me as I understand it wasn't my fault. Don't apply there. If, with a 20-minute conversation, things were like that, I can't imagine how toxic it must be closely working with him. I'm selecting "Very Difficult" as difficulty because it can be difficult to psychologically endure it for some people. We didn't even get to the technical part, if any.
