I applied online through their website and they called me for a Skype interview. Afterwards, I went in for an interview and met with CEO Doug Quill. I was really nervous going into the interview but everything was super relaxed and casual. He asked if I was interested in working there if he were to offer me a job. I told him absolutely. Within a week or so I got a phone call from one of the Producers and they told me I was hired!
