I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at R.K. Black (Oklahoma City, OK) in Aug 2023
Interview
Phone screen followed by a 1x1 video interview with a hiring manager. Overall, a bizarre and exhausting process - the first screen had less than 10 total questions that were all over the place technically. The 1x1 screen was an hour long gauntlet of every interview question I could imagine and a few I couldn't, none of them technical in nature and all variations of the same questions on repeat. Examples below.
