      IOS Developer Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at R Systems in Mar 2025

      Interview

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the interview process at R Systems, and I feel the need to warn others about their disorganized and unprofessional hiring practices. First, the interview process itself was a complete waste of time. I went through multiple rounds, including technical assessments and HR discussions, and each round was delayed, uncoordinated, and poorly managed. The interviewers seemed disinterested and unprepared, asking repetitive questions that gave the impression they hadn’t even reviewed my resume properly. If a company can't conduct structured and professional interviews, it already speaks volumes about its work culture. After successfully clearing all rounds, HR confirmed my selection by sending email and assured me that my offer letter would be sent soon. However, that never happened. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, I received nothing but excuses, false promises, and complete silence. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and downright disrespectful to candidates who invest their time and effort into the process. What’s even worse is the lack of transparency and accountability. If a company changes its mind about hiring, the least they can do is communicate properly instead of ghosting candidates like a bunch of amateurs. Their HR team is completely unreliable, offering zero clarity on hiring decisions. If they treat candidates this badly, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their employees. To sum it up, R Systems runs a pathetic, misleading, and utterly unprofessional hiring process. They make candidates go through unnecessary rounds, give false hopes, and then conveniently disappear without an explanation. This is not just disrespectful but also highly unethical. I strongly advise job seekers to stay away from this company unless they want to waste their time and energy dealing with a clueless and unresponsive HR team. R Systems seriously needs to fix their hiring process if they want to build a good reputation. But based on my experience, I highly doubt they care at all.
