Clearly set expectations and standards. Relaxed atmosphere created by the leadership which allowed for the interviewee to respond to questions in a low stress fashion. Leadership was also determining if I would be a positive team member that could easily function with other employees.
Company leadership was very clear that the standard was that I be a self-starter and able to function with minimal guidance.
