The interviewer was late. No sense of punctuality. Very strange to wait so long in the meeting room. No apology when the interview arrived to start the interview so should have seen that as a red flag. Interview lasted around an hour.

Applied online, received update within a few days. Have confirmed and arranged for online interview today. Joined the invitation link in advance and list out questions I wanted to ask. Waited for 7 mins for interviewer to join in but no one was there, and no message or email notification of timeslot changes or whatsoever. At the end, the lady who contacted me sent me a text saying that THEY HAVE ANOTHER CANDIDATE WHO JUST ACCEPTED THEIR OFFER so the interview will not take place and wish me all the best. Afterwards, I sent them an email to thank them for passing me. This kind of messy random management shows what kind of company culture and working environment inside the company. There's no respect for candidate's time and shows low integrity level as well as responsibility. Thanks for not wasting my time and I will not apply any roles anymore. Will let all my connections to know about the application experience also. Good luck.
During the interview, the CEO asked succinct questions relating to the job. However, he was late for the interview by one hour. It was unprofessional as it was a scheduled interview and no apology was given for the wait. The disrespect of others time shows a lot on how the organisation is being managed, look at the 2.5 star Glassdoor ratings.
