RATIONALE (Australia) interview questions

Had a 10 minute over the phone interview, just general questions about me and my work experience which they seemed to have liked. Said someone would contact me about a second interview and never did. When I tried to contact them they ghosted me. It's not that hard to say you're uninterested. This has happened to another person I know as well

Very friendly and non-confronting communication from HR. Very tailored questions to the interviewee. She also asked standard interview questions ranging from background information to availability, and also gave the opportunity for your own questions.
