I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RBC (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2025
Interview
First I was emailed a list of questions that asked me basic information such as what are my salary requirements and what skills do I have that fit this job.
I was then given s date and time after sending the answered questions back. The interview included several behavioral questions.
After the interview i never heard back. Not a single word. I was ghosted which I found very unprofessional.
I received a call the next day after applying to set up a Video interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager and about two weeks later I made it to the second stage. It was an In Person interview with the hiring manager and their manager. Two weeks later I heard back with the results.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2021
Interview
The initial step seemed to go smoothly but the follow up with the recruiter was simply insulting. No updates, no follow up, it took multiple attempts with emails to finally get a reply. Regardless of the direction a recruiter is choosing to go with a candidate, it is extremely disrespectful to not provide updates or answer inquiries regarding updates. Anyone who doesn't understand that should not be in a talent acquisition role
