Situational and behavioral interview process. Phone interview followed by in-person interview with 2 panel members (director+coordinator) and then interview with 2 panel members (sr.director + sr.manager). They had to fill for someone who already left on maternity leave so the interviews were only 2 days apart

Why do you think you are a best fit for this job and
tons of situational behavioral questions
Two weeks, including a quiz of what you know about the business and the structure. Interviewed first with a high level manager then my direct manager. Studied and got the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2013
Interview
I had a phone screening with the direct manager and then was invited to meet her in person. The Director later joined the interview as well.
Interview was formal and they asked the usual questions. When the Director joined it was slightly intimidating as she asked some specific and challenging questions.
