Interview
1. Written Application - 500-word essay about an assigned topic.
2. On-Demand Video Interview - Behavioural question e.g. Talk about a time when you showed this skill. Trying to give answers showing diverse experiences - school, volunteer experience etc.
3. In-Person Panel Interview - Group interview with activities to show your leadership, collaborative, and teamwork skills. Introduce the person next to you and let us know why we should hire them. As a team, create a strategy to market a random product. What would you organize with $500. Give 30 secs final blurb about yourself. Try to really go for it, but remember to be courteous and professional. Show genuine interest in what the fellow candidates are talking about.

Interview
Pre screen then interview asked the most regular questions and then technical as well. I think I performed well as I got a lot of good feed back. I will most likely go on to the next round.

Interview
I was asked whether my parents are alive. The most shocking experience of my entire life, but I'm glad that I won't continue with the process. Followed by questions like whether you are the only child. Very interesting.
3 remote interviews. One with boss, one with branchhead, one with potentiakl coworker. did not go well. but I will try again next time. but yuou never know the future.
