Interview
Applied in May and got a notification for online assessment in May 29. The online assessment was quite simple but you need distraction free environment to be successful. It simulated a call Center job where by you will receive calls from 4 customers and your ability to type fast and listening skills and customer service skills would be Examined. Section 2 was a bit of simple arithmetics/quantitative reasoning. The final part which took about 1 hour was more of knowing your personalities and behaviours at work. Got a mail that I passed after two weeks and had a telephone interview booked for a week later. It was centred around behavioural question. Final interview was a Group interview which involved team exercise and call Center simulation. It was a nice experience to have.
